CareCredit is a patient payment program that offers no-interest payment plans. You can finance 100% of your dental care with NO money down, NO interest, NO upfront costs, NO annual fees and NO pre-payment penalties. Dental Insurance
For your benefit, we have made the decision to have no contractual obligations with any dental insurance companies or governmental agencies.
What this means is that at our practice, YOU will decide what treatment is appropriate for you without interference from outside sources — such as insurance company employees or government clerks. This is a rare exception since patients in most dental offices have lost that privilege. Any dentist or dental office that signs a contract with a dental insurance company gives that insurance company the legal right to coerce their practice into only offering insurance company-dictated dental treatment. We feel strongly that YOU should determine what treatment is appropriate for you — NOT your insurance company.
We are happy to print or submit your insurance forms and we will help you to obtain the maximum reimbursement possible from your dental insurance company. Fees are due and payable upon completion of visit. Expect to pay your estimated portion and deductible at the time of treatment. You are expected to take responsibility for payment if the insurance company does not pay our office within 75 days.
Although we do not participate with any dental insurance plans, you WILL receive payment from your insurance company for dental treatment done in our practice. The only exception to this is PPO plans where the only way to get coverage is to go the PPO dental clinic.
Dr. Brian Henry, Dr. Jason Snapp and Dr. Michelle Lecklitner have made the choice to treat our patients exactly as we would want to be treated ourselves. We do not allow insurance companies to dictate inferior dental treatment procedures or techniques for our patients. We have chosen to use the most current materials, techniques and procedures available for all our patients. Therefore, we are confident that the cost of receiving superior quality dentistry will prove to be one of the best long-term investments you will ever make.
